Refund Policy

Chair Yoga Ease sells downloadable digital products. We want the product description and the files you receive to match.

You may contact us to request a refund within 3 days of your purchase if:

• The files are missing, incomplete, damaged, or cannot be accessed after we have had a reasonable opportunity to help.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product you received does not match its description.

Email support@chairyogaease.store with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for relevant details so we can investigate and resolve the problem.

When appropriate, we will help restore access, resend the files, or issue a refund to the original payment method. We aim to reply within one day.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
