Digital Product Delivery Policy

ChairYogaEase sells digital downloadable products only. No physical product will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation and an email containing links to download your purchased files. Delivery is typically immediate, but in some cases the email may take a few minutes to arrive.

Please make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. We will be happy to assist you.

Because our products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.
